However, the Company does not guarantee the availability of any payment method at any time and the Company may add, remove or suspend any payment method temporarily or permanently at the Company's sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Website and to promptly update account and payment information, including e-mail address, payment method and payment card expiration date, in order to complete your purchases and to contact you if necessary. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases if we deem it necessary. Prices are subject to change at any time. All payments must be made in CAD.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or mistakes, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange, full refund or gift card. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. 

To process your return, place the item and your proof of purchase securely in its original packaging, then send your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your items, with the exception of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

In the case of a refund, you will receive your money back using the same payment method you used to place your order, as the delay respects our return policy. 

Once we have received your return and inspected the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 day(s) from receipt of your item to process your return. Once processed, we will deduct our shipping costs from the refund amount. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Once your order is ready for pick-up, you have 30 days to collect it from the warehouse. After this time, your order can be cancelled in exchange for a credit note.
