The shipping address provided at the time of online payment must be valid, complete and located in Canada. Shipping charges for addresses in cities or more remote regions will be determined once the postal code has been entered. We reserve the right to hold orders in order to verify the information provided. Delivery should be made within 1 to 3 business days.

  • We ship via Canada Post and Purolator, at our discretion.
  • Express delivery is not currently available.

These delivery charges are valid in Canada only, and do not apply to certain regional cities or territories. Please contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@decobox.ca before placing your order for more details.

Fixed delivery rate for orders to be delivered to one of Canada's territories or to certain remote or regional cities. Additional shipping charges may apply for parcels shipped to certain remote or rural areas. These additional charges will appear once the postal code has been entered during payment.

Note: all orders containing oversized products require a shipping quote. Free shipping does not apply to territories at any time.

  • Shipping times

We keep most of our products in stock and ready to ship. Normal shipping time for in-stock products is 1 to 3 business days. For specific product lead times, please refer to the individual product pages for an approximate lead time. Please note that in busier periods, additional delays may occur.

Please note that any order comprising items shipped from different locations may arrive in one or more packages, and on different days.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail for each shipment, with the tracking information needed to follow each package in your order.

  • Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you order from decobox.ca. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item's cost, less shipping and handling. 12.95 return shipping $ with Porulatorhandling or other problems. The product may also be returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery.

A product can only be returned if it has not been used, is in perfect condition, is in its original packaging and is not missing any documentation or parts.

NOTE : in the case of a refund, this will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the original purchase, provided that the time limits of our Return Policy are respected.

  • Products clearly labelled as watch models or "final sale" products

OPINION:

Please place the product in a clear plastic bag to minimize health risks, should we need to return the product to honor the warranty.

 

The method of refund must be the same as the one used to pay for the order. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the product in our warehouse for your order to be refunded.

  • Items cannot be returned if:
  • They have been used or washed.
  • They are not in their original packaging.
  • Parts are missing.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at retour@decobox.ca with your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. You will receive a return number, as well as instructions for shipping the item to our warehouse.

To return a product to our store, please come to your nearest store with the item, its original packaging and your invoice. Our associates will be happy to assist you.

  • Exceptions
  • Customized and special-order products are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Mattresses, box springs and headboards are subject to specific return policies.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
