Online orders returned by mail
1. Submit a return request online and wait for email approval before returning your item.
2. Once your return has been accepted by our Customer Service team, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Attach a copy of the documentation delivered with your order and your return approval form (PDF file attached to the e-mail).
4. Items may only be returned if they are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and if they still contain all their documentation, parts and accessories.
5. We recommend that you protect yourself by insuring your parcel.

7. You will have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your order to return it for a refund*.
